Tilapia Dinner

This is one of my favorite staple meals while eating healthy and cutting weight. 

Tilapia filet 
Asparagus 
Brown rice
Olive oil
French fry seasoning

Put fish and asparagus on a sheet pan drizzle with olive oil and seasoning. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes at 425 degrees until fish is done. Cooke rice according to package.
