I was honored to be asked to highlight an amazing customer journey that I drove here at Microsoft. We helped this customer see ROI instantly of over 50% by moving their datacenter into Azure. I love helping my customers see results and even better when those results are instant.  I hope that my customer story I presented today was able to help others work with their customers to see the same benefits my customer saw.  Thanks to my amazing coworkers/team here at Microsoft. This was truly a team effort to achieve these goals. 

Chester is my favorite co-worker. Well when the kids are not home. When kids are home he is with them doing their school work...or distracting them. 🤣

The first day of school was amazing for our kids. They all three had in classroom that day. When they got home they had an extra energy about them. It was amazing to see the light that had gotten lit inside of them by going back to the classroom. Everyone talked about the day they had then did their homework before asking to play. They even got bags packed and things laid out for the next day before they went and played. This is not the norm in our house. We usually let them come home and play outside to enjoy the nice weather while they still can then come in early to do homework and get ready for the day. Even though my two older kids had virtual learning the next three days they were looking forward to getting back to the classroom the next week.  Fast forward to Sunday afternoon and everything changed. The two older kids made it through distance learning but it wasn't the same as in classroom. It was hard for them to engage or participate in a classroom ...

My kids think this bike is from the 1980's.....they may be right but I found it on Amazon. Lol It has been great for my office....I think its the most used exercise equipment I own. Basically that is because I am too lazy to move this back to put the chair here most days.  Hey at least I'm doing something active.
