Today I decided yet again to try and get healthy and drop a few pounds. I am on a continual cycle of start - stop - start- stop over and over for the past 20+ years. This time I will try the baby step approach. When I dive right in hardcore I seem to burn out too easily. Today I started my morning off with a walk and my latte. I did a little over a mile walk with some incline off and on. I did have three lattes but these have almond milk instead of my normal coffee creamer. This momma needs her morning coffee! Then I just upgraded to a standing desk and decided to stand on a BOSU ball. I ended up using that for 3 hours during work. I know it's not a lot of exercise but it's better than just sitting on my but all day long. Tomorrow will be another day to continue moving toward a more healthy body.
