Monday Morning Thoughts

Its 30 days until our vacation. I have lost maybe 2 pounds since January. I am not unhappy with that. A few weeks ago we purchased a treadmill and I have been using that and I feel so much better. I have more energy, feel lighter and less sluggish. Mentally I am in a good place with my body, I don't worry so much about the size or shape that I am but how I feel. It is amazing at how much just being active helps your body and mind. This quarenteen and working from home this past year helped me see how active I was a year ago compared to now. My goal now is to ensure I feel healthy, not stress about any number on the scale and enjoy life. Don't deny yourself that delicious dish just enjoy it in moderation.
