Eating healthy takes a twist when cravings come in.

The other day I was trying to turn our family into one that eats more healthy food. We had signed up for Hello Fresh as a family Christmas present and have been enjoying the food we had selected to come. So while at the grocery store the second week of January I picked out lots of fruit, veggies and things and brought it home. Well once I got home I arraigned the fruit into a pretty pattern in our basket on the counter. It sure does look great in our new kitchen. (Oh yeah, we did a full kitchen remodel in our house among other things - but more on that in later posts.) So back to eating healthy. After I was done putting the fruit on the counter to look pretty I looked in the fridge. We had a Hello Fresh meal I could cook or left over taco meat.
